Remember me?

Holy cow, I don't even know how long it's been! As you might have noticed, my domain www.groovyjuvy.com has been shut down sadly because I wasn't able to maintain it or keep up with paying for it. So (for now) I am back to posting at oalimay.blogspot.com! Many things have happened as of late. I'll just list them for now:

✩ Graduated with my BA in Japanese in 2013.
✩ Moved to town with my boyfriend.
✩ My hair is no longer blonde.✩ I'm currently growing out my hair!
✩ Bf and I now own a Pembroke Welsh Corgi together! Her name is Ollie!
That's all for now! I'm not dead ya'll! Now that I'm finished with school and I do have some time on my day-offs from work, I can get started with reviews, fashion posts, food posts and now Ollie The Corgi posts! See you soon☆

Updates

[Logo stamp I made for all my photos.]

I know, I changed my layout ONCE AGAIN!  There was just something about the previous layout that that made me feel claustrophobic.  I feel this layout feeds my interest for minimalism.  That there to the left is going to be my little logo for pictures. Yet again, something simple, straight to the point with a splash of color!  What do you guys think about the new layout and logo?

A lot of new and exciting things are going to be happening to me so this post is just a friendly reminder to myself.

Crazy crazy crazy

I've been so busy lately, I didn't keep the promise to blog more. I tried! And you all know how lengthy my posts can be!

So I've been putting my Beatles playlist on pause for now and lately I've been rummaging through old cd's from my past. These include bands like Jimmy Eat World, Weezer, Blink 182, American Hi-Fi, Emery, Rooney and few more I can't remember right now. Jimmy Eat World is on heavy rotation at the moment. It's helping me get through a hard time I'm going through right now. As they did before, they are here to the rescue once again.

By the way, a question to you all: Do you believe in signs? As in...something happens, it triggers something in you like you were meant to hear/see it and it somehow relates to whatever you're going through at the moment. Like, RIGHT ON POINT. When ever I see these 'signs' it's like everything around it blurs or fades out and that 'sign' is crystal clear.

So do you believe in signs?

I turned 24 on July 8. A package from Japan came in for me on my special day! My DSLR camera arrived! Panasonic DMC-GF1. I've been anticipating it's arrival! (Thanks again to my lovey, Monica, for showing me this awesome piece of technology!)

Spent the day playing around with it, while the bf also brought his Nikon out too. Introduced the two cameras together. His & Her's ♡

Ended the night with a small karaoke room for 2, loads of drinks and snacks! Sorry for the lack of updates, I'm making it a point to make time for blogspot again!!! More details on what I've been up to lately on my next post!
